We provide service for funeral homes, churches, chapels, organizations and families who want to film or live stream a service being held in the Orlando area. We respect all denominations and their traditions.
Our filming package includes:
Phone consultation and event setup
A professional videographer with a 4K/HD video camera and tripod​​
One wireless microphone
Filming of the service (chapel, graveside, or both)
High Definition Video copy of the service

Our live stream package adds:
Live stream of the service (chapel, graveside, or both)
Stream to Facebook or YouTube using venue internet

Optional services include:
Stream to a private Vimeo page for unlimited viewers to watch the service (no downloads, apps or plugins needed)
On-demand replays of the service for six months​ on Vimeo with ability to download and save
Cellular hotspot internet connection
Add cameras and microphones

A single call books everything needed for your service
We make the process easy with a single phone call to book the crew for your event. When you call, we will need to know:
Date and time
Expected duration of the service
Location of the service
Any location or venue changes
Service needed (filming, live streaming or custom)

We will discuss event setup, venue access, speakers/presenters, and any information related to the service that could affect the filming or live stream of the event.​
It is important to know if a location change is required during the service.
Use of copyrighted music can affect YouTube and Facebook live stream service.
Live stream service depends on adequate high speed internet availability at the venue.
We can supply a cellular connection for the live stream at an additional charge.

Above pricing is for one camera, one microphone and videographer.
If a location change is required, include that time in length of service.
We arrive one hour prior to start of service for setup (non-billable time).
No charge for vehicle mileage if distance is less than 25 miles one way (50 miles roundtrip).​ Mileage charges may apply for events more than 25 miles from Orlando.
