IAAPA 2026 Is Growing — And We’re Ready

Every November, the attractions industry turns its attention to Orlando for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Expo — a week where theme parks, entertainment companies, designers, manufacturers, and creative teams gather to share what’s next. It’s a show built on innovation, spectacle, and connection. And this year, IAAPA Expo 2026 is taking a major step forward with its largest footprint ever, expanding into the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center for the first time.
For exhibitors, attendees, and affiliated companies, that expansion means more space, more opportunities, and more demand for professional event filming support. And that’s where Orlando Corporate Media comes in.

⭐ A New Era for IAAPA
IAAPA’s leadership has made it clear that this year’s expansion is more than just additional square footage. Todd Andrus, Executive Director and Vice President of IAAPA North America, summed it up perfectly:
“With the addition of the West Building, we’re able to create an even more dynamic experience for our members and attendees — one that offers expanded opportunities for business growth, professional development, and collaboration across every segment of the attractions industry.”
The West Building will host expanded experiences like the doubled‑in‑size Food & Beverage Pavilion, the Haunting Grounds, the EDUTalk Stage, and new additions such as the What’s New Theater and the Young Professionals Hub. It’s a clear sign of how quickly the attractions industry is evolving — and how IAAPA continues to grow with it.
Luciana Periales, Chair of the IAAPA Board of Directors, added:
“The connections made at IAAPA Expo often spark new ideas, partnerships, and innovations that continue to shape our businesses long after the event concludes.”
That spirit of collaboration is exactly what makes IAAPA such a powerful event — and why exhibitors rely on professional video to capture their presence on the show floor.

⭐ My First IAAPA: Atlanta, 2000
My own IAAPA journey started long before the Expo settled permanently in Orlando. In 2000, IAAPA still alternated between Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center and the Orange County Convention Center. That year, I was in Atlanta filming a story for CNN — documenting the energy of the show floor, the massive booths, and the excitement surrounding new attractions and technologies.
Since then, IAAPA has become a regular part of my professional life. I’ve filmed for clients across the show floor, from product demos to booth interviews, from roving coverage to full‑day documentation. Last year was one of the busiest yet, and with the 2026 expansion, exhibitors will have even more opportunities to showcase their work.

⭐ Why Exhibitors Choose Orlando Corporate Media at IAAPA
