Eight days. Three events. Two trusted production partners. And more than 2,200 miles on the road.

That was the rhythm of our latest white‑label live streaming stretch — a week‑long run that took us from Midtown Atlanta, down to Naples, and across the Florida Panhandle to Panama City Beach. Each stop had a different workflow, a different audience, and a different set of technical requirements. But they all had one thing in common:

Our partners trusted us to represent their brand on‑site.

For production companies and agencies, that trust is everything. And it’s exactly why white‑label support has become one of our most requested services.

A Road Trip Built on Collaboration

Event 1 — ESOP Annual Meeting (Atlanta, GA)

A long‑time Orlando production partner brought us in to handle the live stream for their client’s Employee Stock Ownership Program annual meeting. Our partner team managed cameras, audio, lighting, and staging. We handled:

  • Live video switching and ISO recording of each camera

  • Three‑camera and graphics program feed

  • Vimeo streaming with post‑event replacement

  • Redundant 5G/LTE connectivity with automatic failover

The result: a clean, uninterrupted stream that their client watched under their brand — not ours.

Event 2 — University Commencement Ceremony (Near Naples, FL)

From Atlanta, we headed straight to southwest Florida for a two‑day commencement ceremony project — our third year supporting this university’s graduation events.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Three‑camera switch to in‑venue projection

  • Live stream to YouTube

  • Over 700 live viewers

  • Isolated recordings from each camera feed

  • Coordination with university AV and staging teams

Long‑form coverage requires precision and timing. Our partner trusted us to deliver both.

Event 3 — Annual Shareholder Meeting (Florida Panhandle)

The final stop was a long‑time client’s shareholder meeting — our fourth year supporting this event and our 12th year providing white‑label services for the national webcasting company that hired us.

This one was audio‑and‑slides only, with:

  • Wireless mics

  • Room PA

  • Slide feed to in‑room monitors and online

  • Encoding to the national webcast platform

  • On-site representation and coordination with the end client

Different workflow, same goal: make our partner look great.
