Shareholder Meeting Live Stream Equipment

White‑Label Live Stream Case Study — Three Events, Eight Days, Two States

Project Overview

Over an eight‑day stretch, Orlando Corporate Media provided white‑label live streaming services for two long‑time production partners. These events included an Employee Stock Ownership Plan annual meeting in Atlanta, a university commencement ceremony near Naples, and an annual shareholder meeting in the Florida panhandle. Each project required different workflows, equipment configurations, and streaming platforms — all delivered under our partners’ brands with the professionalism and reliability they expect.

Driving through Midtown Atlanta heading to Naples, Florida

A white-label live stream road trip covered 2200 miles in eight days.

Event 1 — Employee Stock Ownership Plan Annual Meeting (Atlanta, GA)

A leading Orlando production company hired us to provide the live stream component for a one‑hour ESOP annual meeting. Their team handled cameras, audio, lighting, and staging; we handled all switching, encoding, monitoring, and delivery.

Key technical details:

  • Three‑camera program feed

  • Seven wireless microphones

  • Four 65" confidence monitors

  • Live switching + ISO recording of all camera and audio feeds

  • Stream hosted on Vimeo for post‑event replacement

  • Verizon Cradlepoint 5G/LTE primary connection

  • AT&T failover connection with auto‑switching enabled

This setup allowed us to deliver a clean, uninterrupted stream while giving the client the flexibility to replace the live version with an edited cut at the same URL — removing countdowns and breaks.

Event 2 — University Commencement Ceremony (Near Naples, FL)

Immediately after the Atlanta project, we traveled to southwest Florida for a two‑day commencement ceremony — our third year supporting this university’s graduation events.

Key technical details:

  • Three‑camera switch projected onto in‑venue screens

  • Live stream delivered to the university’s YouTube channel

  • Over 700 live viewers

  • Full ISO recordings for archival and future edits

  • Coordination with university AV and staging teams

This event required long‑form coverage, precise timing, and seamless integration with the venue’s projection system.

Event 3 — Annual Shareholder Meeting (Florida Panhandle)

The final stop of the road trip was a long‑time client’s annual shareholder meeting — our fourth year supporting this event and our 12th year providing white‑label services for the national webcasting company that hired us.

This meeting required a different workflow: audio‑and‑slides only, no cameras.

Key technical details:

  • Wireless microphones for presenters

  • Room PA speakers

  • Slide feed delivered in‑room and online

  • Encoding to the national webcast platform

  • Redundant audio capture and backup recording

This event demonstrates the flexibility of white‑label support — from multi‑camera productions to audio‑only corporate meetings.
