Delta Zeta Sorority hired Orlando Corporate Media to document their annual conference at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Over a fast‑paced, high‑energy production day, our two‑person crew captured keynotes, general sessions, breakout rooms, interviews, testimonials, networking, and social events — delivering a highlight reel, a fundraising appeal video, and a library of interview content for future use.
Project Overview
Delta Zeta Sorority hosted their annual conference at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, bringing together members, leaders, and partners for a full day of programming. They needed a production team capable of capturing the energy of the event while also producing polished interviews and a compelling fundraising appeal.
Orlando Corporate Media provided a two‑person crew equipped to cover simultaneous activities across the venue — from the main stage to breakout rooms to the trade show floor.

Fundraising Appeal Video
One of the most meaningful interviews featured a mother and her two daughters — all Delta Zeta members — sharing the impact the sorority had on their lives. We edited this into a heartfelt fundraising appeal video that became one of the key deliverables from the event.
Two-Camera Workflow
Our two cameras worked in tandem for interviews, then split to cover different areas of the conference when needed. This allowed us to capture significantly more footage than a single‑camera setup could provide, ensuring no moment was missed.
