Case Study - AGM Attorney Workshop
Law Firm Marketing Pros hosts one‑day workshops designed to give Aggressive Growth‑Minded Attorneys the digital marketing strategies they need to scale their practices. For their Orlando workshop, they hired Orlando Corporate Media to provide full‑day conference videography using two Sony Cinema Line 4K cameras. They have since booked us on two additional workshops in Miami (March 2026) and coming up in Tampa (September 2026).

Project Overview
This was a 10‑hour production day covering every major element of the event. Our team filmed:

The goal was to capture a complete visual record of the workshop while also producing high‑quality footage the client could repurpose into social reels, speaker clips, and marketing assets.

Technical Setup
To ensure clean, unobstructed coverage of the presenters, we coordinated with the client in advance to secure a riser for both cameras. This elevated position prevented attendees from walking in front of the lens and allowed us to maintain consistent framing throughout the day.
We also worked directly with the venue’s AV provider to tap into their sound board for presenter audio. This is our preferred workflow when a venue has its own AV team, as it eliminates the need for presenters to wear two microphones—one for the room and one for the cameras—saving time and reducing friction for speakers.

At the end of the event, we uploaded all footage for the client’s in‑house editor. They used the material to create:

The quality of the footage exceeded expectations, and the client immediately booked us for their next workshop in Miami, which we filmed in March, 2026. We are working to secure the date for their next workshop in Tampa, to be scheduled for fall 2026.
